We inform you that on the 22nd of May 2016 the multiple law bill "Urgent provisions on the implementation of the agreement of fiscal targets and structural reforms and other provisions" was voted, which included an amendment that repeals Chapter B of the Law 4269/2014 (Urban and Regional Planning Reform – Sustainable Development) regarding the land use planning in Greece.

The Greek Ministry of Energy, Climate Change and Environment published the Technical Specs for the Special Spatial Plans (Ε.Χ.Σ.) defined by the New Law for Urban and Regional Planning (Law 4269/2014, Government Gazette 142/A/2014).

Schediasmos has been awarded a new contract by the Municipality of Thermi. The contract concerns the drawing of "Land Consolidation Study for Vasilika Farm area". The contract awarded to Schediasmos in consortium with AKMI E.E. The study area is approximately 9.500 acres and belongs to the Municipality of Thermi which is located in the Eastern part of Thessaloniki.

The collection of Cadastral Survey Declarations for the Municipality of Almopia starts on December 1, 2014. The deadline for the submission of declarations is three (3) months for the people residing in Greece and six (6) months for the people residing abroad.
