The Greek Ministry of Energy, Climate Change and Environment published the Technical Specs for the Special Spatial Plans (Ε.Χ.Σ.) defined by the New Law for Urban and Regional Planning (Law 4269/2014, Government Gazette 142/A/2014).

The Law 4269/2014 defined the objective, the content and the approval process of Special Spatial Plans.
