Technical Specifications for the Local Spatial Plans
We would like to announce that the Greek Ministry of Environment and Energy published the Technical Specs for the Local Spatial Plans and the Special Spatial Plans defined by the New Law for Urban and Regional Planning (Law 4447/2016).
The Local Spatial Plans will replace the General Urban Plans and will define the municipal strategy regarding urban development, the land use regulations, the building regulations etc.
