The aim of the study is determining the rights brought by physical and legal persons in proprietary discrete objects (properties) and to determine the position, the shape and the size of the properties. The study includes two stages and eleven phases.
Stage 1: Creation of the digital database for the Public Inspection

- Phase 2: Drawing of the preliminary cadastral background
- Phase 3: The opening of Cadastral Office – Submission of ownership declarations
- Phase 4: Creation of digital cadastral database regarding the descriptive data
- Phase 5: Creation of digital cadastral database regarding the spatial data
- Phase 6: Project Management works and Quality Control
Stage 2: Creation of the final digital cadastral database
- Phase 7: The opening of Cadastral Office - Submission of ownership declarations
- Phase 8: Public Inspection
- Phase 9: Processing of Public Inspection’s outcome
- Phase 10: Creation of the final database
- Phase 11: Project Management works and Quality Control (393.000 registrable deeds)
